Member of the association Mixtum kompositum at Union of Visual Artists of Czechia. She works with tapestries and free graphics. In field of scenography she collaborates with professional theatres as costume and puppet designer.

After studying at Kamenosocharska skola in Horice, he graduated from puppetry department of DAMU, majoring in stage design. In 1962 he joined Puppet Theatre Radost in Brno, where he worked as head of set. He left after five years and continued to work as freelancer. He worked with then Statni divadlo in Brno, Divadlo pracujicich in Gottwaldov, Horacke divadlo in Jihlava and Slovacke divadlo in Uherske Hradiste, where he joined in 1984 as head of set design and stage designer. Thanks to his interest in puppet and animated film and youth filmmaking, in 1970s and 1980s he regularly participated in productions produced in Bratislava and Brno television studios.From his engagement in Uherske Hradiste he moved to National Theatre Brno (1990), where he served as head of design for almost ten years. After his retirement he continued to collaborate with aforementioned theatres, lectured at Brno Conservatory and was member of juries of various amateur theatre shows.
